Our Story
We are a group of seasoned professionals with a combined 45+ years of experience in the dental space. Over the course of our careers we have spent our time working in group dentistry; building companies, growing practices and implementing structure, in group and corporate dental settings. We decided that there had to be a better way to serve dental practices and wanted to change the narrative.
What if we could build a management group who could support private practices, without those practices sacrificing their career, team, or culture of their practice? We have spoken with so many practices that do not want to sell to a corporate entity but could use some support to spend more time with patients (improving revenue and patient satisfaction) and less time on the management tasks. We are offering a management as a service model that allows practices to gain the support provided by corporate entities, while maintaining the individuality and control of their practice.

Worked with 2 practices on their supply spend habits. Worked to formalize a standard ordering list for disposable items such as gloves, masks, prophy angles, etc. We then created an ordering workflow to correct their sporadic ordering. We were able to reduce supply spend by 25%, or $91,312 without sacrificing quality.
+$92K PROFIT
Partnered with a Dentist in Oregon leading an implant practice. Analyzed his current operational and clinical workflow, trained up team members, and created greater efficiency. Ultimately went from 10 arches a month to 15 which led to an additional $125k in revenue each month.
+$1.5M REVENUE
Modeled, built, and rolled out a hygiene compensation plan that led to an increase of $215 in production per day per provider. That equated to an additional $123k in revenue each year.
